The Record
Blues Traveler's April 16, 2007 performance at WorkPlay Sound Stage in Birmingham, AL is preserved in this recording.
The WorkPlay program includes a specifically labeled “Birmingham Jam” before “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” Earlier, “Business as Usual,” “After What” and “Just for Me” form a linked passage. The transfer combines two microphone sources and documents a minor early level adjustment, resampling and dithering. Those processing credits distinguish the circulating files from the higher-resolution recordings used to make them. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
