The Record

eXp’s second Bump Foot release, Shades Of Grey (and other short stories), brings together electronic and acoustic pop songs. The short release note contrasts its happier atmosphere with the earlier installment, but does not supply a full production or personnel account. Six pieces begin with ‘Fallacy’ and the paired-title ‘Indeed / Outdeed,’ followed by ‘Nothing To See Here,’ ‘Maybe Tomorrow,’ ‘Let’s Pickle The Dog’ and the title song. ‘Maybe Tomorrow’ explicitly credits lyrics to Gazmataz.
