The Record
Formula’s The Overcast Project is introduced as the London producer’s first solo release and blocSonic’s second original album. The label distinguishes it from MUTE, Formula’s partnership with Tha Silent Partner, while presenting this thirteen-track album through its own guests. Zack S.Byer recurs on several songs; Dabbla, Cobes and Aynzli Jones also appear, and Harry the Bastard is credited on ‘A Famous Outraduction.’ ‘Ebony Shards’ opens and ‘X Man’ gathers multiple named performers at the end. The source frames it as boom-bap hip-hop.

Verification: Archive published ZIP size and MD5; locally observed ZIP SHA-256; member CRC and size; full audio decode; every torrent piece (no independent member checksum). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.
Selected the original FLAC ZIP edition’s 13 audio recordings. The member sequence and filenames match the source’s reviewed album program.
Thirteen tracks retain their specific feature labels. MUTE and Tha Silent Partner appear as biography, not blanket personnel credits. The opening and closing labels are part of the album’s own source sequence. Source and edition notes.
