The Record
Garmisch’s Facing the Sea is a maxBloc promotional single with eight entries rather than a lone album cut. The source describes six exclusives alongside two album-version tracks, including the previously unreleased ‘Requiem for Wolf.’ Remixes from Tha Silent Partner, Zengineers, dustmotes and mGee extend ‘Facing the Sea,’ ‘U Fine’ and ‘Glimmer’ in different named versions. The album-related pieces, unreleased ‘Requiem for Wolf’ and outside remixes give the maxi-single a broad scope. Tha Silent Partner, Zengineers, dustmotes and mGee each add a named treatment to that release-specific program.
