The Record
John Mayer's August 2, 2008 performance at The Cynthia Woods-Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands, TX in The Woodlands, TX is preserved in this recording.
Colbie Caillat joins “Gravity,” providing the named guest appearance in this Woodlands set. The sequence gives “Wheel” a medley structure around “Blues Run the Game” and “I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For,” while “Crossroads,” “Mercy” and “Free Fallin'” extend the cover repertoire. The source identifies a left-stack DPA microphone recording, with the circulated transfer converted from its higher-resolution capture. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
