The Record
milhaven recorded bars closing down together rather than building it through separate instrumental overdubs. The 12rec account explains that the band's interaction and delays made the original overdubbing plan impractical. Six instrumentals, including “new orleans” and “e.zann,” carry the result. The documented live recording method is more informative than a generic post-rock comparison: it explains why ensemble interplay is central to the release's construction. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
