The Record
MODEX's pieces for triangulation was produced in 2004 but released by laridae in 2006, according to the primary statement. Rob Curulli's electronic project had previously issued two binkcrsh EPs, and the label describes this album while noting his move toward the bands Binding Death and Rooftop Access. Thirteen pieces include three Triangulation titles and the later “Post Incline” parts, with “There Are Always New Codes,” “The Backup Plan” and “A Simple Ruler” in between. The label identifies synth melodies, reverb, distorted beats and noise as the construction palette.
