The Record
Nicky Apple’s Buba Calinou is framed by Enough Records as a departure from its darker ambient material, with a playful imaginary journey through the mind of a teddy bear. The Canadian artist’s ten-piece sequence begins with ‘How dare you,’ includes ‘Buba’s Song,’ ‘Ramble Through The Desert’ and ‘Malikipan,’ and ends with ‘Some foods live in cans, its sad.’ The label credits cover graphics to Antti Jädertpolm.

Transfer Report
Selected edition: 10-file MP3 edition from the documented source. 10 audio files, 32,504,089 bytes and 24:40 of measured audio.
Verification: source size and MD5; full audio decode; every torrent piece; documented source-envelope repair (delivery bytes differ from source originals; original source checksums do not describe repaired output). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.
Complete ten-recording original program. Nine files remain byte unchanged; track5 preserves every MPEG frame, its leading tags and its entire authored ID3v1 footer through exact pinned footer relocation (+16 bytes). All ten outputs pass full strict decode and all 31 torrent pieces; the repaired whole decoded PCM matches the source.
Ten indexed pieces form this edition. The teddy-bear voyage is the release’s stated imaginary frame. Antti Jädertpolm is credited for graphics, not added as a musician. Source and edition notes.
Source limits: The fifth delivery file differs from the Archive original by 16 duplicated metadata bytes. Its original provider MD5 is a source checksum, not the output checksum. The edition uses the owned mirror only. No audio transcoding, listening comparison or all-player equivalence is claimed; The selected Archive source declares CC BY-NC-SA 3.0; Enough Records’ current release entry separately declares CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Both declarations are retained without inferring relicensing.
These are source and file checks; no comparative listening assessment is claimed.
