The Record
rrraistlin's damaged beauty marks a return to laridae after several years away, according to the label's release statement. Its five pieces—“A Summer Long Ago,” “Ufufoi,” “Anyway,” “Perfect” and the title track—form a compact summer-oriented EP. The source emphasizes melody, small manipulations and harmonic atmosphere rather than elaborate beat programming, giving a useful explanation of the release's intended focus.
