netBloc Vol. 18: frais, fresco, frisch, fresh… mmmmmmmmmmm… good (2008)

Various Artists · 2008 · 45 min

The eighteenth netBloc emerged from two rounds of lineup changes, with four initially selected tracks dropped while permissions and assets were being gathered. The final compilation includes two Brad Sucks songs from Out Of It, one closing as a bonus after the usual ten selections. Track eight, Just Plain Ant’s ‘In The Air’ featuring Brad Oblivion, previewed blocSonic’s developing original-release program and the forthcoming Dig Deep. These specific curatorial decisions distinguish the collection from a routine sampler. Its eleven-track sequence also includes Josh Woodward, Monk Turner, Mr. Moods and CM aka Creative.
