The Record
netBloc 23’s We Invented The Compilation deliberately jokes about its title while expanding the usual ten-track format. The source describes eleven tracks plus Just Plain Ant’s sampler of the forthcoming The New Black, with two Jay Slim selections among the music. Martin Carr contributes ‘Why You Gotta Bring Me All This Rain?,’ and Comfort Fit’s piece explicitly features Portformat. The accompanying seventy-nine-page PDF provides further documentation. The sampler is one indexed preview recording, not evidence that the full later album is included. Keeping that distinction visible explains why this edition has twelve entries without inflating its count through an implied bonus album.

Transfer Report
Selected edition: 12-recording original FLAC ZIP edition from the documented source. 12 audio files, 331,518,029 bytes and 55:45 of measured audio.
Verification: Archive published ZIP size and MD5; locally observed ZIP SHA-256; member CRC and size; full audio decode; every torrent piece (no independent member checksum). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.
Selected the original FLAC ZIP edition’s 12 audio recordings. The member sequence and filenames match the source’s reviewed album program.
Twelve indexed entries consist of eleven tracks and one Just Plain Ant sampler. Numeric prefixes are removed while artists and features remain. The sampler’s internal song contents are not split into invented tracks. Source and edition notes.
These are source and file checks; no comparative listening assessment is claimed.
