The Record
Antididonai gives netBloc volume 39 a title that the publisher explains through a Greek term associated with the origin of antidote. Mike Gregoire uses that explanation to frame independent netaudio as a deliberate alternative to mainstream music. Eleven selections include a preview from Connecticut group The Scallions, whose sound the label identifies as avant-garde power pop. The collection opens with “The SlowDown Pt 1” and ends with “Memories Are Made of This.” Its title rationale belongs to the curator's essay, while the varied performer list establishes the compilation's actual musical scope. Verification: Archive published ZIP size and MD5; locally observed ZIP SHA-256; member CRC and size; full audio decode; every torrent piece (no independent member checksum). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.
Selected the original FLAC ZIP edition’s 11 audio recordings. The member sequence and filenames match the source’s reviewed album program.
Eleven files form volume 39. Preserve individual artist attribution and source title spellings, including Destroy Civilisation; the Scallions preview does not append the later entire reissue to this list. Release description and source notes.
