netBloc Vol. 8: I Copyleft! (2007)

Various Artists · 2007 · 40 min

I Copyleft! puts rock at the center of blocSonic’s eighth netBloc selection, with hip-hop and pop added around it. The release note names contributions from France, Germany, Brazil, Spain and the United States and points to a thirty-four-page booklet for fuller documentation. Morad Stars begins the ten-track sequence; Vernon LeNoir, FLU, Josh Woodward and HYPE appear along the way, with Clownage ending it. The unusually long Josh Woodward title is a genuine song name, and performer names are retained. That attribution gives the compilation a practical discovery function beyond its broadly stated international theme.

Selected edition: 10-recording original FLAC ZIP edition from the documented source. 10 audio files, 308,229,832 bytes and 40:26 of measured audio.

Verification: Archive published ZIP size and MD5; locally observed ZIP SHA-256; member CRC and size; full audio decode; every torrent piece (no independent member checksum). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.

Selected the original FLAC ZIP edition’s 10 audio recordings. The member sequence and filenames match the source’s reviewed album program.

Ten tracks follow the source order. Leading numerical prefixes are removed, while contributor names and literal titles such as ‘Methylchloroisothiazolinone’ remain. The advertised booklet is not evidence of additional audio. Source and edition notes.

These are source and file checks; no comparative listening assessment is claimed.
