netBloc Volume 5: The threat at Goliath's feet...

Various Artists · 34 min

blocSonic's fifth netBloc volume continues its argument for increasing netaudio's reach while gathering a deliberately broad set of contributors. Garmisch Partenkirchen and STEEP begin the ten-track program, followed by Normaa, Lucrecia and Rob Hunter. Misery, DavidBowman, Mike Link & Harvey Taylor, Baiki and Sun Zoo complete it. The source describes rock, jazz, electronic music, punk, glitch and hip-hop across the collection, with a PDF essay addressing its cultural purpose. “Black Paint,” “Counting Backwards,” “Night Song” and “The Dao of Sun Zoo” belong to that ten-track cultural statement.

Selected edition: 10-recording original FLAC ZIP edition from the documented source. 10 audio files, 207,558,387 bytes and 33:58 of measured audio.

Verification: Archive published ZIP size and MD5; locally observed ZIP SHA-256; member CRC and size; full audio decode; every torrent piece (no independent member checksum). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.

Selected the original FLAC ZIP edition’s 10 audio recordings. The member sequence and filenames match the source’s reviewed album program.

Ten selected files preserve explicit primary-artist credits after prefix separation. The essay's country list does not establish every contributor's geographic allocation. No release date is inferred only from neighboring netBloc volumes. Primary source and edition notes.
