The Record
Rudiments is Waterplea's four-piece ambient mini-album built around an older technological vocabulary. The Russian electronic duo names “Satellite,” “Bathyscaphe,” “Zeppelin” and “Scaphandre,” linking different ways of moving through space, sea and air in the titles. The publisher says the opening piece presents the concept in several languages, including Japanese, and identifies the artists as Mixgalaxy Records contributors. Release description and source notes
