The Record

Ween's Masquerades show begins with “Mr. Richard Smoker,” “Pretty Girl” and “Piss Up a Rope,” and keeps “Japanese Cowboy,” “Powder Blue” and “You Were the Fool” in the same Atlanta program. Other turns include “Baby Bitch,” “Can't Put My Finger on It” and “Push Th' Little Daisies.” The second disc moves from “Spinal Meningitis” through “Big Jilm” and “Poopship Destroyer,” with “Freedom of '76” preceding the encore. “Pony,” “Dr. Rock” and “Fluffy” form the documented return. The cassette generation in this source is significant even though the original microphone chain began with digital recording.
