Cowboy Junkies's October 5, 2009 performance at The Ark in Ann Arbor, MI is preserved in this recording.
This Cowboy Junkies edition was mixed primarily from a Neumann mannequin microphone, with additional conventional stereo material. The source explicitly recommends headphones for its binaural presentation. Short interludes remain between the songs. “Dragging Hooks,” “Shining Moon” and “Sing in My Meadow” sit beside “Moonlight Mile” and “Lost My Driving Wheel.” The interludes preserve both brief pauses and longer introductions about the songs. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
