The Record
Jack Johnson's April 25, 2008 performance at Coachella Main Stage in Indio, CA is preserved in this recording.
Matt Costa and Mitch Townsend join “Let It Be Sung,” with Mason Jennings added for “I Love You and Buddha Too.” Earlier, “Staple It Together” includes Led Zeppelin material and “Bubble Toes” incorporates “Express Yourself.” These annotations attach the collaborators and cover passages to named songs. The audience source's position near a crowd barrier provides this Coachella edition's perspective without implying that the guests appear throughout the whole set. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
