The Record
Rusted Root's June 16, 2007 performance at Rochester International Jazz Festival in Rochester, NY is preserved in this recording.
Rusted Root's jazz-festival set includes “Superstition” and “Suspicious Minds” beside “Stereo Rodeo,” “Back to the Earth” and “Send Me on My Way.” The encore begins with “Welcome to My Party,” continuing through “Ecstasy” to “Beautiful People.” This particular ending and cover selection distinguish the nineteen-song Rochester program from the band's other appearances, despite a substantial overlap in their regular concert repertoire. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
