The Record
Smashing Pumpkins's June 23, 2007 performance at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC is preserved in this recording.
The Orange Peel program combines “Doomsday Clock” and “Tarantula” with “Starla,” “Daydream” and “Blue Skies Bring Tears.” “Silverfuck” includes a Doors tease before the final “With Every Light.” The remaster notes trace an overdriven low end to microphone or battery-box trouble during capture. That is a source limitation, and the subsequent transfer should not be described as having restored information the recorder did not capture cleanly. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
