The Record
String Cheese Incident's June 19, 2004 performance at Hornings Hideout in North Plains, Or. is preserved in this recording.
The source bills the third set as “Dance of the Universe” and documents Sound Tribe Sector 9 members joining the evening. A later conducted jam adds guests including Keller Williams and Scott Law. “Sweet Melinda” and “Valley of the Jig” are marked unfinished. These annotations matter for a four-set event whose improvisations cannot be reconstructed by treating every file as an isolated, completed song. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
