Butthole Surfers' Cotton Club recording runs from “Blindman” and “The Colored FBI Guy” to “The Shah Sleeps in Lee Harvey's Grave.” The Atlanta program includes “Pittsburgh to Lebanon,” “Human Cannonball,” “I Saw an X-Ray of a Girl Passing Gas” and “Cherub” in its first disc, with “The Shame of Life,” “Dracula from Houston” and “Pepper” later. “22 Going on 23” also appears in the two-disc Atlanta sequence. “Pepper” sits in its later portion, while “The Shah Sleeps in Lee Harvey’s Grave” supplies the final title.
