The Record

Chance the Rapper's Acid Rap is the 2013 mixtape that connects his early Chicago work with the wider audience he reached as an independent artist. Released after 10 Day, it makes room for collaborators and production credits rather than presenting a lone voice over anonymous beats. Chance discussed his Chicago influences and the new project in an interview published just before release.

The original download's structure matters. “Good Ass Intro” and “Everything's Good” frame a thirteen-file sequence; the extended “Pusha Man” contains the passage also known as “Paranoia.” A song count from another edition can therefore describe different track boundaries without describing more music. “Juice” is another useful edition marker: the 2019 streaming release substituted a spoken message for the song. Contemporaneous coverage records that change. Our source is the original-format mixtape download, with the full song retained.

Transfer Report

Selected edition: Original thirteen-file mixtape; Pusha Man includes Paranoia from the documented source. 13 audio files, 130,802,594 bytes and 53:56 of measured audio.

Verification: pinned local ZIP SHA-256; member CRC and size; full audio decode; every torrent piece (no publisher checksum). The seedbox copy matched every file’s SHA-256 and every torrent piece; all files passed public HTTPS range, length and byte checks. The house client verified the complete payload and is seeding it.

13 MP3 files at 320 kb/s, matching the original 2013 mixtape sequence. Pusha Man includes the hidden track Paranoia. The later streaming substitute is excluded.

Every selected ZIP member passed its CRC and length check; all thirteen files passed complete audio decoding. The locally built draft torrent passed all 125 piece hashes. “Juice” is the full 3:35 file, and the 7:24 “Pusha Man” preserves the combined track boundary. Guest credits are retained from the file tags; the source's production credits remain attached separately.

The package's recorded SHA-256 is a local fingerprint. The host does not provide an independent audio checksum, so this verification is weaker than matching an artist or archive digest.

Source limits: Documentary edition/source review and technical verification; no human comparative listening is claimed; Lossy encoding and community-mirror mastering lineage remain disclosed where applicable.

These are source and file checks; no comparative listening assessment is claimed.
