The Record
Death Cab for Cutie's June 16, 2006 performance at Which Stage - Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN is preserved in this recording.
Death Cab for Cutie's Bonnaroo set begins with “Passenger Seat” leading into “Different Names for the Same Things” and ends with “Transatlanticism.” The taper used a MiniDisc recorder after DAT equipment trouble and reports one or two dropouts. Microphones were positioned behind the soundboard above its tent. That equipment history and the stated gaps remain material to this edition, regardless of how complete its sixteen-song listing appears. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
