The Record
Hermelin’s self-titled full-length follows the Hanover band’s earlier split with Junique Fois Pi in 12rec’s catalog. The label describes the 2008 album as instrumental throughout, with interlocking guitars, bass and drums, and notes that the band made the sleeves for a three-hundred-copy CD run. Nine entries begin with ‘Intro,’ include a new treatment of ‘Nova Police,’ and move from ‘Pliant Fur...’ into ‘...Sharp Teeth’ before ‘AVV Revisited’ and ‘Mellow F.S.’
