The Record
A Change Equals A Rest takes Jared C. Balogh's jazz and avant-garde influences toward classical composition in the publisher's account. Nine long titles make the stated emotional theme visible, from hesitation over expressing feelings to “There Is No Such Thing As A Safe Love.” The announcement frames the pieces through renewed intimacy, doubt and the risk of making a first move.
