Our current edition. 16-file source edition; Schoeps MK4 microphones in ORTF fed KCY/VMS02IB and an R4 at 24/96. Audition fades, merging, dithering and resampling produced the 16-bit copy; a 24-bit alternative is noted. The room's boominess is the taper's observation, not a fresh listening assessment. Read the transfer report.

The Record
O.A.R.'s Buffalo Convention Center program begins with “Night Shift,” “Destination” and “Risen,” then passes through “City on Down,” “Lay Down” and “Heard the World.” “The Stranger” and “The Wanderer” appear beside “Hey Girl” and “About an Hour Ago,” with “Love and Memories” finishing the main set. “Rhythm of Your Shoes” and “That Was a Crazy Game of Poker” form the encore. The taper describes the venue as huge and boomy, a room characteristic worth keeping alongside the setlist. The supplied copy is explicitly the 16-bit edition of a higher-resolution recording.
