The Record
The Dead's June 27, 2015 performance at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA is preserved in this recording.
The Santa Clara Fare Thee Well program reaches back to “Alligator,” “Born Cross-Eyed,” “Cream Puff War” and “Viola Lee Blues.” Its later set moves through “Dark Star,” “St. Stephen” and “The Eleven,” with “What's Become of the Baby?” following a combined percussion-and-space entry. “Casey Jones” closes the package. The source provides a Schoeps-to-Edirol audience lineage, keeping this capture distinct from other recordings of the anniversary event. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
