The Record
Giulio Frausin's solo project The Sleeping Tree follows an appearance on a 12rec compilation with Leaves and Roots. The label describes a deliberately small instrumental palette: acoustic guitar, voice, melodica, mouth harp and occasional delay. Numbered “Leaf” pieces alternate with songs including “Love Is an Eternal Lie.” Frausin's sister Teresa supplied the artwork, making the release's visual credit part of its family-scale production history. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
