The Record

Ben Kweller's April 1, 2004 performance at Club Laga in Pittsburgh, PA is preserved in this recording.

Ben Kweller co-headlined with Death Cab for Cutie, with Aveo opening, on one of Club Laga's final nights. “On My Way” and “BK Baby” are marked solo acoustic within the broader band set. “Wasted and Ready” precedes the closing “The Rules.” The source documents both the venue's impending closure and the recording position, making this fifteen-file program a specific event rather than a generic early Kweller live selection. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
