The Record
The Grateful Dead's Frost Amphitheatre set begins “Alabama Getaway” into “Greatest Story Ever Told,” with “They Love Each Other,” “Bird Song” and “My Brother Esau” among the selections before “Deal.” The second half opens “Shakedown Street,” followed by “Man Smart (Woman Smarter)” and “Ship of Fools.” “Estimated Prophet” and “Eyes of the World” lead through drums and space to “The Other One” and “Black Peter,” then “Good Lovin'.” “One More Saturday Night” completes the encore. Two brief alternate-source repairs distinguish this Rango Keshavan audience transfer while retaining the twenty-entry performance sequence supplied by the source.
