The Record
The Grateful Dead's Hartford second set places “Comes a Time” between “Feel Like a Stranger” and “Estimated Prophet.” The source marks its previous appearance as February 1979, placing the song’s return after a gap of more than a year. “China Cat Sunflower” and “I Know You Rider” open the set, while “He's Gone,” “Uncle John's Band,” drums and “Not Fade Away” lead to “Sugar Magnolia.” The first set includes “Althea,” “Passenger” and “Far from Me,” closing on “Deal.” Two encore entries, “Alabama Getaway” and “One More Saturday Night,” complete the evening.
