The Record
Grateful Dead's June 30, 1985 performance at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD is preserved in this recording.
“Keep on Growing” appears in the first set, while the second moves from “Shakedown Street” toward “He's Gone” and “Cryptical Envelopment.” The files retain both an “Other One Jamming” entry and the song itself before “Stella Blue.” The source credits an Oade-modified Sony PCM capture using Schoeps microphones. Its master-to-digital-workstation lineage makes this a specific circulating edition of the Merriweather concert. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
