The Record
Grateful Dead's April 4, 1985 performance at Providence Civic Center in Providence, RI is preserved in this recording.
“She Belongs to Me” appears in the first set, and “I Need a Miracle” opens the second before “Crazy Fingers.” Later, “The Wheel” leads toward “Black Peter,” with “U.S. Blues” in the encore. The source credits the Oade brothers' recording, Doug Oade's transfer and Darrin Sacks's tracking. These separate roles identify the Providence edition's capture and preparation, rather than treating the archive uploader as the original recordist. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
