The Record
The Black Lillies's October 10, 2014 performance at The Hamilton in Washington, DC is preserved in this recording.
The source lists Cruz Contreras and Trisha Gene Brady on vocals and guitars, with Tom Pryor adding electric guitar and pedal steel. The Black Lillies' program mixes “Gold and Roses,” “Smokestack Lady” and “Two Hearts Down” with selections such as “Time of the Season.” A late file joins “Little Darlin'” and “Love Train.” That combined boundary preserves the live arrangement instead of inventing an additional separate track. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
