The Record
Umphreys McGee's May 5, 2006 performance at Electric Factory in Philadelphia, PA is preserved in this recording.
Umphrey's McGee plays the Disco Biscuits' “Home Again” for the first time, and the source records a reciprocal cover happening in Chicago that evening. Robert Pagliari joins “Soul Food I” on bass, while later passages contain Disco Biscuits teases. The electric-factory program also includes “Jessica.” These exchanges and the guest attribution distinguish the show more precisely than a broad jam-band genre label. The source recording and release notes document this edition.
